The CMH Foundation maintains a wide array of projects from which you may choose. We have listed them below. Once you have chosen which fund you wish to support, click here to be taken to our Giving Form. Print the form, complete it, and mail it with your gift to: CMH Foundation, 238 South Congress Street, Rushville, IL 62681. Once we receive your gift, we will issue your tax-deductible receipt as soon as possible.

• Education Funds

  Shortages of qualified healthcare professionals, particularly in rural areas are a growing problem. One of the best ways to assure a steady, well-educated workforce is to encourage young people to enter a healthcare field. Each year, CMH awards three substantial awards to students who reside in our service area. Your gift to one of these funds will keep that tradition going.

• Elmer Taylor Scholarship Fund

• Annual Clinical Equipment Fund

  With your support, the CMH Foundation will be able to continue our legacy of providing the hospital with the latest, sophisticated technology. Each year we select a new clinical equipment project to support.

• Building Fund

  Our hospital has served us well for more than 90 years. However, we must begin to prepare now for that time in the future when another modernization or replacement project will become a necessity.

• Memorial or Honor Funds

  The Foundation gratefully recognizes contributions given in memory or honor of a special person or event. We will acknowledge your tribute to loved ones with a note to family members informing them of your thoughtfulness. In addition, gifts totaling $500 or more will be acknowledged with a plaque on our donor wall in the name of the memorialized or honored person.
