While the decision to move to a long term care facility is never an easy one to make, we invite you to consider Culbertson Memorial Hospital's Long Term Care Unit. We offer our LTC residents the quality care, attentive service, and affordable, comfortable accommodations they deserve.
The Staff
We have selected the best possible people and trained them to do the best possible job. We stress the importance of friendly, attentive service to our residents and their families. Perhaps most importantly, our staff-to-patient ratio is higher than in many facilities, which translates into better care for your or your loved one.
The Care Plan
Our skilled nurses carefully monitor each resident's condition and personal comfort. They develop an individual Plan of Care for each resident at the time of their admission. The Care Plan contains both short and long-term goals to meet the special medical, social, and emotional needs of each resident. Through daily monitoring of each resident's progress, our supportive staff assists residents in achieving their highest potential.
Amenities
At CMH Long Term Care, the residents can choose from a menu of nutritious, appetizing meals prepared with their tastes in mind. Our unit features attractive, well-kept rooms and common areas.

Activities Program
Culbertson Memorial Hospital's Long Term Care Unit offers both group and individual activities. Our staff assesses each resident's physical and mental needs, taking into account their current and past interests and lifestyles. This assessment helps the residents adjust to facility living by offering activities to meet both their physical and intellectual needs.
Our activity programs include:
- exercise periods
- weekly bingo games
- creative cooking classes
- movies and popcorn
- craft projects
- seasonal programs
Our Long Term Care Unit is very fortunate to have a number of volunteers who provide weekly church services, monthly musicals, and other entertainment throughout the year that delight the residents.
We encourage families to become a part of the activity program by either participating in the programs or offering to share their time and talents with the residents.
Rates
